  • Rest

The importance of Rest, comes as the antidote for the fast paced life that we live in. The culture of doing and going.

How much do you actually slow down and REST?

Feel what it is like to sleep in the wilderness, surrounded by birds, trees, and the elements

Tap into the pace of Nature

  • Reset

Being with the quiet and solitude of the Natural World provides an opportunity to press Reset on your perspectives, beliefs and problems.

Having time and space to sit with yourself, you get to use this space for your personal needs.

Whether that is to find clarity on a big life decision or use this time to reflect on your career, family and loved ones.

  • Remember

    Remember who YOU are

    Remember what REALLY matters

Remember your PLACE in the world

    Remember WHY you are HERE

Why this work is important

Nervous System Regulation

  • Our human bodies have a nervous system, that nervous system is affected by the stimulations in our environment, whether that is; stress, tv, music, caffeine, or food. All of it matters, when you can separate yourself from all of the stimulation in your life, underneath those layers is a sense of connection and inner peace.

    1. We will spend our time together and separate so that you can relax and connect with a more regulated nervous system.

Slowing Down

  • There is an importance of doing less, in a world and culture that is addicted to doing. It is important to intentionally invest in time to do less. Nothing to plan, nothing to do, the ability to be present even if it is for a moment can greatly impact your mental, emotional and physical health.

Nature is Medicine

  • Nature has always been a connection point for the Soul. By quieting the mind, opening our senses to the outside and by noticing what is around us. Nature becomes a mirror of the psyche, the outside world is always communicating with us and sadly most of the time we are distracted or occupied to notice. This experience will focus heavily on Nature Awareness Based Practices.

Being with Others

  • There is power in being with others. There is power in being with other men. With a group of men, you will feel supported and realize that you are not so alone in your experience of life.
